Yospe Residence | Pacific Palisades, CA.

The Yospe Family Residence, situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Pacific Palisade, was a design-build project Robert undertook at Builder Direct Design Build, inc. The project included a second floor addition including master-bedroom, bath, closet and balcony. A n inverted single pitch roof caps the addition off. Structural, mechanical, and code compliance were met for the whole house in addition to the new construction were updated to meet the current city's standards. Robert executed all the plans from sketch to construction including mediation and correction of new structural and mechanical sets as well.
